Ofsted
In 2018 we had two Ofsted inspections. The first did not go entirely as we anticipated. We weren't just got on a technicality though - the inspection gave us clarity on change we needed to make to improve and update our practice. We set about executing a 6 month Improvement Plan. In October 2018 Ofsted returned and recognised the many improvements we had made. We are now on our Journey To Outstanding. Read about it all here.

Be Meningitis Aware
Meningitis and septicaemia often happen together and can affect anyone at any age, though babies and young children are most at risk. Both meningitis and septicaemia can kill within hours and can leave those who survive with life-changing after-effects. It is vital that everyone, especially the parents of young children, knows the signs and symptoms to look out for, and the action to take if you suspect your child has meningitis. Rainbow is currently applying for MARM, the Meningitis Aware Recognition Mark for childcare providers and will be providing our parents with the information they need to be Meningitis Aware.
